Technical Sergeant Robert Rodgers Air Force Bio

Technical Sergeant Robert L. Rodgers a Weapons System Evaluation Program Evaluator, and as such, provides logistic support during Air-to-Air Combat Archer exercises and assesses deployed units’ abilities to accomplish the mission. He provides evaluation results for Air Force leaders to aid in weapons system analysis of the latest missile technologies and air-to-air techniques. Sergeant Rodgers is a weapons evaluator in the only Department of Defense air-to-air weapons system evaluation program.

Sergeant Rodgers entered the Air Force in April 2007. He graduated the Armament Systems Technical training course at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, in October 2007. His career consists of many roles, starting as a load crew member and now a weapons evaluator. Throughout his time, he has filled major roles as a Squadron Lead Crew Member, Squadron Training Manager, Resource Advisor, and Weapons System Evaluation Program Evaluator. He has served in both Italy and Florida. Sergeant Rodgers also served overseas in small deployments to Bulgaria, Spain, Israel, Turkey and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Bagram AB, Afghanistan as well as supported Operation Odyssey Dawn from Aviano AB, Italy.

Prior to his current position, he served as a Weapons Load Crew Chief, 325th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Tyndall AFB, FL.
